Hotel Colee was a new hotel I wanted to try and I loved it. Staff was wonderful & nice , everything was in close distance whether you drove or walked. Lounge on the roof was fun as well !

When i first arrived i was told that there was no room available for me even though i payed in full before arrival. We were given a small credit for that inconvenience. After waiting in lobby 45 min later we arrive to our dirty room. There was an odd smell & a crack / rusting in the tub so we requested a new room. 3 hours later we get a new room. Second day of my stay i went to the lobby & asked to speak with a manager. After telling him it was a slap in the face after all the inconveniences that occurred, that I'd been asking for towels ever since check in & not once did i receive any after asking multiple times, i was given a another hotel credit. Then when going back to my room i received a call saying they would actually be TAKING THAT DISCOUNT BACK! Since i had already received a credit at the beginning of my stay. The most they could give me was a smaller credit than the one i received the first time. I have never in my life had someone give me a discount & then have it taken away not even 10 minutes later. It would be understandable if in the beginning there were no more issues after receiving my first credit, But that was NOT the case. Rude/ unprofessional staff. Will NEVER RETURN.

The AC in our room went out twice. Must be an ongoing issue as when we called it in, the tech already knew why it wasn't working had the machine to fix it with him. Carpet needs major vacuuming as I got a splinter in my foot and hair all over my socks from walking across the carpet.

The rooftop club was nice I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t turn of the ac in my room due to lock control and the bathroom lights didn’t work it was a beautiful hotel but not what I expected at all

My overall stay was not bad. The first room I was given smelled of mildew and the carpet was soaked in some spots. After making the front desk staff aware, they were extremely accommodating. I was given a clean and fresh room. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant that evening and had a pleasant waiter. The next day I had lunch at the same hotel to later find out my waitress at lunch added $20 to her tip. I contacted the hotel and was refunded the total of my meal and not the tip. Though my experience was not the worst but I’m pretty sure my stay was the first and last.
