Room 431: no power to our room only on arrival. Later restored. Card key entry scanner broken. Cover fixed by maintenance. At 0530 found the shower handle broken, unable to shower. Kinda rough for a 1 night stay. Maybe next time offer to switch our room. Just saying.

After we waited over an hour for our room to be ready, the room they gave us was occupied by other people. Once again we were waiting for another room to be ready.
Although it was not the fault of the hotel, the power went off. We had just gotten out of the shower and had no way to get ready for a concert we were attending. The stuff near the window had dust all over it. Overall it was okay hit for the money and the parking fee I expected more.
There was no mention in the booking of the required $44 valet parking per night. I was charged and then charged a deposit of the same amount without being told. Staff openly spoke about how they were quitting and couldn’t wait to go somewhere else. People were loud in the hallways at all hours of the night. When brought to the attention of the employees, they essentially said “oh well”. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant for breakfast needs some more staff but the bartender did an awesome job on picking up the slack. Pool was chilly … how about some heat , lol.
