"Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to possibly vacating again at this site"

"The house more than met our needs. With two primary suites it was just what we needed since we were traveling with my mother that is 93. The house was very clean except the glasses in the cabinet which we had to wash. The pool was perfect for our granddaughter to have a good time. We did quite a bit of cooking and everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this VBRO. Our grandsons enjoyed lots of basketball and our daughter enjoyed the heated swimming pools. The main drawback was that it is located quite a distance from any main attractions, the Gulf, or the Ocean. Travel in Florida is very congested making it more time consuming than what we are used to living in a rural community. However, we would definitely return!"

"Trash was overflowed outside of our place when we arrived, we had a garbage bag in the kitchen that didn’t fit the can, and when we asked where spares were they only supply 1. No extra toilet paper either, essentials like this should be listed especially for those flying. Pool was full of hair & water balloons. "I had a hard time, because when I got to the property someone else was there and I had to go to to a horrible place to stay for two nights. It was difficult because I was with 3 grandkids and they just wanted to get into the house. I hope this never happens to no one else."

"The house was nice need to update the furniture stool at the bar was badly peeling and the master bed the first night of sleeping in it I was bitten by something not for sure what when I wake up my right eye was swollen my left arm was swollen with big red mark and bits on right arm and leg where I had to call urgent care. I had to keep ice on my arm and eye for two days using over the counter cortisone cream . So from that night on we didn’t sleep in the master bed. I’ve been coming to Florida...
