Employees were extra friendly and helpful.Posted Sep 20, 2014
Employees were very friendly and helpful. The heated pool was cold, but was clean. The continental breakfast was not at all what I had expected and was not what was described on the website. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfy. The TV channel selection was old and didn't have half the channels listed. Was a little disappointed but would stay there again if I had to work up this way again.

Clean enough, but looks worn outPosted Sep 13, 2014
The room was OK, just worn out looking. The halls smelled of food and smoke. The continental breakfast looked unappealing, so I didn't eat there. The front desk staff member was very friendly.

Good room, bad service.Posted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: Clean and nice looking room, good tv and cable.
Cons: Guest security and management of room assignment should be tightened up. A suite with two registered guests should have 4 towels and more shampoo.
The staff rented our room to another guest while we were in the room. The other guest walked in on us using the key they provided him. The staff had checked us out by accident, corrected the error, but in the process deactived our room key which required another trip to the desk to get the key corrected so we could get back into the room. They made no attempt at compensation for the intrusion or security threat presented by giving a stranger access to our room. Later on in our 4 day stay, our key was deactived a second time without explanation. They reactivated it, but it raised concern since the last time resulted from giving somebody else access to it. The hotel is supposed to have a heated pool, but if it did their idea of heated is awfully cool. We had a suite, but daily I had to ask for towels and shampoo because they only ever left 2 towels and 1 small packet of shampoo. If you want to take advantage of their continental breakfast you had better be there before 9am. It's supposed to be available til 10am, but it was very poorly stocked, ran out of coffee and batter to make waffles before 9am and not restocked on the two days we attempted to use it. The room was clean and the furniture was in good repair. The mattress was comfortable, but the 3 of the 4 pillows were very hard. The tub drain backed up daily during a shower. The wireless internet was very poor. Constant loss of connection and low bandwidth. The televisions were nice LCD and cable service was good.

Good to stay one nightPosted Sep 1, 2014
Only stayed one night passing through, nothing great, but clean. Show was only issue, water kind of dribbled out.

Nice day front desk managerPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: The lady who checked us out was very nice, friendly and helpful. She printed a map for us.
We did not like our room. It was just next to the elevator. There are only 3 floors and we could hear the constant noise of the elevator going up and down. The sink is in the bedroom not in the bathroom.

Very Nice Hotel, Conveniently LocatedPosted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: We really enjoyed the indoor pool.
Cons: Only negative was that we could not get the Wi-Fi to work.
Location: Very convenient to I90 and I80. Some local roads were closed due to construction.
Really liked the room. The price was right also.

Not your typical Red Roof roomPosted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Not much. Pool was clean however.
Cons: Tile the floor in room and butt it to the bathroom tiled floor. Too many hunged wet trunks/swimsuits are causing wet carpets.
Location: Mall across the street. Plenty of options nearby.
The room was bland looking, no décor, one king bed with so much room to spare there was no table and chair. No place to put our suitcases. The pool was ok. But shame on all you people who came back from the pool and lay your wet trunks on the carpeted rooms. As a result there was a huge soak and wet spot by door. This is the property's fault as there should be tile at the door entrance and bathroom. I was disappointed. It was ok, but the rooms has no character, but it was clean enough. I stay again if was $45 but won't pay $62 again. Folks, don't pay more than $55 for this place. It is not my typical Red Roof room. I've always had good luck with them. But not this place.

Ok for a quick stayPosted Aug 17, 2014
The hotel is nice for the money. They let us check in early. We booked a 2 room suite since we had my dog with us. When we walked in the suite there was a dead thousand legger on the carpet, so I'm not sure if they had vacuumed. There was also a sticky syrup-like substance on the corner of the tv stand. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was pretty good for being free. My husband loved the waffles. The pool needs a little updating but it was clean. The towels did need stocked near the pool and the dirty towels needed taken out. We had to get towels from the desk. Since this is a hotel that allows pets I'd suggest putting in a doggie waste bag stand in the grass area. I had brought my own waste bags, but I noticed other people did not clean up after their dogs. ( not that the bags would change this, but it might help a little). We'd stay again because the price was great, I'd just make sure the room was cleaned.

Good overnight stopover hotelPosted Aug 14, 2014
Large rooms, close to restaurants and highway. Nice place for an overnight halt.
