Too many unsavory people hanging out at this hotel

Pros: The room seemed clean, included refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Pet friendly.
Cons: See above.
Location: Near to relatives we were visiting. Six-Flags Amusement Park.
Room clean, a little shabby, unsavory people at the adequate continental breakfast. Same people hanging around outside near our room. The pool was empty and had some piles of dirt in it. Part of an overhang under the stairs was rotten and falling down.

Horrible

Upon arrival, I was made to wait for shift change to check in which wouldn't have been horrible if it hadn't of taken longer to wait than to check in. Upon getting to the room I pulled the covers back to find dirty sheets. There was something caked on the end tables and bathroom walls. The shower curtain had a big patch of mold in the middle and the tub was covered in mold along the edges. I requested a new room. The new room was cleaner but still not great. The shower head was broken and made a horrible noise when in use. The bath tub was stained red. There were no blankets on the beds only a sheet and duvet cover. The air conditioner leaked and half the floor was soaking wet. The bed closest to the window was bowed in the middle. I booked a non-refundable room which I almost just ate the cost and went to a different hotel. I will never stay here again!!!

Bad Neighborhood

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Air it out! Clean the breakfast area, all of it. Get rid of the stained bed spreads.
Location: Seedy area. We didn't feel safe. Have to drive quite a ways to get food and then there little to choose from.
I was given a key and told to go to the wrong room! My key opened their door and mine. The room stunk! There was a stain on the bed spread and the breakfast area was dirty. I waited 15 minutes to check out because the person attending the desk came in late and immediately took a phone call. This place is also in a bad neighborhood. I will be traveling through there again, but will stay somewhere else! Television wasn't working until after 10pm. Someone was vacuuming at 10:30pm. Internet connection was extremely week.

Horrible hotel

The super 8 motel in Fenton was horrible and I didn't even stay there because they overbooked their rooms. We got to St. Louis at 7:30 and there were no rooms available, and they didn't seem to care. I will never stay in that motel and I would warn everyone I know about staying there!!!

Horrible hotel!

Our room was disgustingly dirty! White socks turned black after walking across floor once. Drawer on dresser broken completely off. Tub was so dirty I wouldn't shower in it. Had kids who were excited to swim, but the pool was not even open. Terrible disappointment but too late to find another hotel for that night.

Don't stay here!! It is a dump!!

Pros: The girl at the front desk was friendly. That is the only positive thing I can say.
Cons: Tear it down.
We had reserved 3 rooms. My son went to his room, and the door would not lock. The doors all face outside, and he could just push it open. Moved to a new room, and the tv didn't work, the room was dirty. Our room - I opened the drawer next to the bed and someone else's trash was left in there. The bedspreads were stained, the faucet in the tub ran constantly, and there was no hot water - it was barely lukewarm. Also, during the night our toilet wouldn't flush. The front desk person had us come get a plunger, and the plunger didn't work. In the third room, bedspreads were stained and room was not clean. Even though we were told at the front desk that there was free wireless internet, it didn't work for any of us. I can't believe this is part of a major hotel chain. It was beyond disgusting. We were planning to stay 3 nights but left early the next morning.
