"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had extended family visiting together and we had plenty of room for 12 people. The host was incredibly helpful with all my questions ahead of time and with the us having our boat there. The home was clean, well stocked and very spacious. The triple bunks are best for kids. "This house looked very nice from the pictures and very nice from the outside, in fact, it had new kitchen tiles and seemed to have a new coat of paint, etc. Our major problem was that this house was not set up to be a rental house, it was more of a frat house. There were no dishes, no pots and pans coffee maker, cups paper towels, toilet paper, hand towels, bath towels, etc. there was less than this home to “live “then a residence inn. "Light fell out of ceiling, shower didn’t drain, positive Covid text strip found under bed toilet seat broken dryer never heated didnt fix things. Doorbell broken only 2 towels person for a week stay with broken dryer left a day early and got hotel. Says golf and lake access which isn’t true. Warmer drawer not attached dishwasher not mounted. Very unresponsive. Would not ever recommend. And heard neighborhoood association dosnt even allow VRBO rentals"
