Upon arrival, front desk was closed (this was around 530pm). Finally got someone to help and got checked into a dirty room. Second room was also dirty. Finally got a room that was "clean". Room had a bad odor (ended up using some deodorizer I had in my truck to mask). Condition of hotel and rooms not very good. In need of a renovation. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hotel staff were extremely rude, and completely unhelpful. Waited for about 10 minutes to check in and no one was at the front desk. I finally had to just call the phone number and a person came to the front. Same went for check out. A lady came in after me and ask about vacancy and the clerk said there was none because she didn't want to have the rooms cleaned.

Everyone who said this hotel stinks was right. It has a moldy smell like the carpet needs to be pulled up and new carpet put down. Even the elevator stinks. But what was bad for me is that they do not give you towels or room service. You only get towels and your room cleaned if you stay a week. But this hotel is so nasty you can't bare to stay that long. I went to the service desk and asked Elanie for towels and she explained to me that they do not have enough for everyone. Then, I asked well what do we do because I have a family of 5 with no towels and she just looked dumb founded like no one ever asked her for towels before. If your use to having what you need to survive DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will be disappointed.

the stuff came knocking at the door very early in the morning,after I told them we were still in bed they insisted in doing it by order of management and we had to let them in to inspect the room and they were doing it in all the other rooms also.We thought it was very rude.

Hotel staff was courteous. Room was comfortable , fixtures are old. Fridge is old and scratched, furniture is beat up. When I went for breakfast all there was were bagels and coffe, and juice. For one night it wasn't bad. I will probably won't stay here again, there are better hotels in the same area for about the same price.
