It was convenient for my family because we stayed there before we went on our cruise! Room was nice! Toilet was a little shaky and the water from the sink and the shower had a foul smell to it! I'm a coffee drinker so I asked the lady at the desk if the coffee was fresh and her reply was she had no idea and continued doing whatever she was doing on the computer! We ordered some wings and they were delicious! Hot and fresh!

It was great pleasure to meet the best customer service front desk was legit and organized. Our leaders did great job to organized this place. The only negative is A/C unit and supply register. We're clogged and not blowing anough CFM for the break room area. Coils needs to be clean from dust and washed to keep units running smoothly and efficient. Very important for the building to work efficient. Will come back next month to check on the status.

This was my first time staying so I'm not sure if this is the norm in this hotel chain but: The whole room distribution was pretty odd to us. The bathroom was super small and we couldn't stop the water from splashing everything because there's no a real shower curtain/dor. The air conditioner was next to the bed and very loud. Other than that the staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall the property is great beds are comfortable it’s quiet here and very clean only problem with this property is theft some of our personal items got stolen out of our room the staff act as it’s nothing they can do about it they acted very clueless on who cleaned our room
