"We had such an amazing holiday at Cuvat. From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property, we were greeted very kindly and the communications with the owner Mr. Albracht and housekeeper Mr. Dupont was very clear. "We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful."

"We were a group of 15 people feom germany. The house was very big and we got many toys dor the kids. The big pool was awsome. In the house we found all things we need and much more. In the room with the kicker ans billard table we played every evening. In 20 to 30min we were in Genf and some supermarket were 10min away. The house was perfect for our holidays."

"The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year."

"We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

"Modern hotel studio apartment design. All tools to cook small meal with refrigerator. Also 2 in one compact clothes washer/dryer. Close to the airport from public bus. Also tram 14&18 is 500ft walk from front door. Very clean and super helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay. "
