"We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

"The property was true to the pictures. Very nice layout. We had everything we needed. They had a bottle of Champagne and chocolates waiting for us to help celebrate our anniversary. "Owner and property manager were very easy to communicate with. The property is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is very clean, modern and everything is updated. The entire property is very well maintained and beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The pool and hot tub are amazing! "We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. "The house is beautiful, great that there is 4 bedrooms with king size beds. One recommendation would be to add a set of bunk bedlo or another single bed to one bedroom so the house could accommodate two families of 5.
