"Luigi and Paula were awesome hosts. Their home is absolutely stunning! There was not a single thing that I would change… it was perfect. If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. My family enjoyed swimming after long days walking in Rome."

"We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote. A train will take you to the Sezze station but from there two buses are required to get to and from the villa. We enjoyed going to the shops...

"Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this...

"This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

"Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The site is magnificent, high up on a hillside with wonderful views. The garden and terraces are planted with many different plants and trees, making for interesting exploring. There is a pool and shaded activities area also, so something for everyone’s interest. The house is well appointed with a lovely shaded patio on which to sit and enjoy the views. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need. Terracina has a lovely beach and good...

"The villa is great - big enough, clean, just refurbished, everything works good, furniture and kitchen appliances are very good, enough plates, bowls, glasses, towels etc. for 6 people. Suitable for small kids - safe and nothing to broke :) Huge lounge - terrace with a second kitchen, very convenient and nice. Barbecue station in the garden is very good as well (wood, coal etc. is generously provided by the owner). Location is very quiet, 5 mins walking to the sea (we can hear the waves at...

"We had a wonderful family stay, the villa met all our expectations and more. The views are great and the pool area was perfect for the kids. It is well placed for the coast, but also for small inland towns and villages which give the authentic Italian experience. Also, easy and cheap access by train to the wonders of Rome and the craziness of Naples ! We love Italy and would love to return to this villa. We even had a proposal ... great memories. "Villino traanquillo situato all'interno del parco del Circeo. Ottimo per chi apprezza le coste rocciose raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti ( Per raggiungere le spiagge con sabbia occorre l'auto). La casa dispone di molti accessori. Non sono presenti però wi.fi e aria condizionata (non è stata comunque necessaria durante il nostro soggiorno a luglio)"

Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. "My wife and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Formia. The beach is superb and the location is good for exploring Lazio and Campania by car. The property is comfortable and well equipped and Valeria, the host, is most attentive and helpful. Formia, itself, is an interesting town but visits to Naples, Amalfi, Sorrento, Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Casserta and Gaeta are all possible and worth doing. Taking the train from Formia to Naples is a recommendation rather than using the car."
