I got charged the service fee twice because It didn’t mention that anywhere and I thought I had entered my card info wrong so I re-entered and it was not able to process. "The apartment building is located blocks from Wrigley Field, and makes a terrific launching pad for visiting Wrigleyville and the North Halsted neighborhood. Everything is very walkable, and it is important that you can walk - our unit was on the third floor, and like many Chicago apartment buildings - you use the stairs.
