We like the location and ambiance of the property, which is why we returned for a 2nd visit. This time was a little disappointing. We were placed in the annex building which was inconvenient and not very accessible for my disabled husband. There was a limited breakfast selection, confusion on serving times, and food was not replenished. Some staff members were wonderful and friendly. One desk clerk in particular was a little brusque. Our "accessible" room had thresholds too high for a wheelchair, the downstairs entrance was not accessible. We had to ask for a shower chair. Custodian brought that and extra towels late at night and was very nice. Housekeeping was wonderful and friendly. It was quite aggravating to walk outside in February to the main building to use the hot tub/fitness center.

My husband and I go downtown once a month for "date night," and have been staying here for the last few months. We have not taken advantage of either area's continental breakfast, but Anne Sather's is right across the street :) Parking is inexpensive and a few feet from the main entrance. Lastly, whether it's a "regular" room in the main complex or the "suites" next door, the rooms are clean, AC/Heat/Fan/Bathroom Fan all work properly, which can't be said for hotels that have, for a lack of better words, "bigger" names. Will see you all next month.
