"I Would highly recommend this flat. Well maintained with all the extra touches to make your stay comfortable. Walkable to so many restaurants, bars, shops and Findlay Market. The free trolley is 2 blocks away. Spacious and very clean. Included a small basket of snacks, which was a nice touch. Another basket of toiletry items, in case you forgot something. Comfortable bed. "This was an awesome place to stay. Over the rhine is energetic and a lot going on if that’s what you’re looking for. I would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I would give is to park your car somewhere besides the back of the building. I chose to valet it at the casino so it could be under surveillance for the weekend and only about a five minute walk away. 10/10"

"Overall we had a good experience. Spent 2 nights in early June. Our only complaint is coming into the house, and the thermostat was set on 80. By the time we went to bed, the upstairs was only down to 76 - not ideal sleeping conditions. And the next day we were gone until 10pm - came home and the thermostat was set on like 80 again. I would suggest the owners change the Nest program while people are staying during 80 degree days so that the home stays at a decent temperature."

"Place was clean and just like listed. We were able to use the Connector and it had a stop half a block away. We were very close to great restaurants and the soccer stadium. Parking spot was a huge bonus. Great location!"

"We were in town for a concert at The Woodward Theater, which is in the next block. This "flat" was convenient and comfortable and perfectly sufficient for our needs, which included our small dog. The neighborhood is very walkable, and has a nice mix of restaurants, bars, shops and apartments. The free trolley is 2 1/2 blocks away. As with any major city, you will want to pay attention to your surroundings."
