Affordable Stay In SpokanePosted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Close to Freeway and downtown.
Cons: Conditions and include parking with the price.
Beds were super hard or not hard enough and we were laying on the box spring. Mirror Frame was broken. Had to pay for parking in their own parking lot even though when booked online they stated it was FREE parking and included. Otherwise it was okay for price paid.

Do not stay here.Posted Oct 18, 2014
Peeling paint, dirty bathroom with foul odor, surprising decibel level on squeaking neighbor's doors. Breakfast and coffee not ready at stated time. Lock your door, it is ghetto. Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.

Buyers BEWARE!Posted Oct 14, 2014
With the exception of a few of the Housekeeping staff, All employees, including the property owners were extremely rude and offputting. Although our room was left immaculate, our $100 Cash damage deposit was Not refunded. After some careful research, I found NO ONE'S cash damage deposit is EVER refunded. ..They always find/invent a way to keep it! Also, even though every ad this motel has boasts"Free Parking"....DON'T BELIEVE IT! You'll be charged $1.50 per day and be told that " All the downtown area motels charger for parking..." Another fabrication. Don't waste your time/money/patience on this.Epic Fail of a motel.

Only if nothing else foundPosted Oct 13, 2014
Office smelled of freshly smoked 'weed'. Appeared to be clean sheets on bed. Dirty room. Smelled of stale smoke. Desperately needs renovations. Staff helpful.

Motel Misrepresented ThemselvesPosted Sep 22, 2014
I prepaid for and received a kingsize bed motel room. What I did not receive but paid for the use of, was a microwave, wi-fi, and a pool. Plus, I was charged extra to park my vehicle in the motel parking lot! The carpet had stains, the door was dirty and you could see daylight around its frame. The heater/airconditioner had so much dust built up in it that it could barely put out any air at all.The mirror near the television had been sprayed with a chemical but never wiped clean.

Don't Stay at the Days Inn in Spokane WashingtonPosted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: It was pet friendly.
Cons: Maintenance, up keep of the rooms are in dire need of attention. Carpets are filthy, defrost refridgerator, drapes falling off
Location: The ease of getting on and off the freeway. Close to restaurants.
The first night wasn't so bad other than no one was at the desk to check us in so a few patrons were locked out for about 20 min. The second night was completely terrible as two couples in rm. #142/141 were loudly screaming and fighting for over two hours. At midnight we gave the front desk a call. He said he had gone to check and didn't see or hear anything. The screaming and fighting continued, then a group of young kids were smoking and congregated right outside our door. We called 911 to report domestic violence and told the desk clerk we couldn't stay the night as we couldn't sleep through all the commotion. He bluntly told us to pack up and go that he never saw or heard anything, I exclaimed how can you not? I asked him for his managers name and he gave me someone named Jen. It was easier for us to leave then for the night clerk to take care of the noise and fighting situation. He acted as though he could care or less, very disappointing, so we packed up and left and drove through the night to get to our home over 350 miles away after a full day at the Women Veteran's Summit for Washington at the Convention Center by the Double Tree Inn. The only positive thing I can say about our stay is that it's pet friendly. We'll never stay there again nor recommend that anyone else for that matter. Thank you for your time and we wouldn't complain if it hadn't been for the overall attitude and lack of consideration for other patrons concerning the brawl that evening.

Dirty carpets and bedsheetsPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Breakfast..good selection and quantity
Cons: I suggest carpets cleaned regularly. hallways need a lot of cleaning. Make sure linens / bed sheets are all clean
Location: convenient location - near downtown
Staff are friendly, but room is not very clean. I feel the carpet hasn't been cleaned for so long and the bed sheets have stains and bad smell...But one great plus is the Breakfast - good selection and quantity. Overall, since I would value more on cleanliness and comfort, I won't stay in this hotel again.

Close to Downtown business trip stayPosted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Close to freeway and downtown. Location was good.
Cons: Replace the carpets and make sure the WiFi is paid.
Older hotel, but kept in okay shape. Free Breakfast, Internet, and Parking. Good access to falls park. A little close to the rougher area, but still fine. Carpet is rough and breakfast is a continental breakfast, but everything else was great.

CarelessPosted Sep 13, 2014
I made reservations a week before my stay and when I went to check in (late & tired) the receptionist tells me (very unconcerned ) that they over booked and they didn't have any rooms available. I spent most the night looking for a hotel with vacancies.
