The pool set up was so good. It almost felt like we were in Mexico. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The meals at the attached restaurant were decently priced as well.

This hotel boasts a prime location right on the Riverwalk, offering breathtaking views of the river. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the on-site restaurant is truly excellent. The staff’s friendly and professional demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. I’m thrilled to have already rebooked this spot for my next two visits to Spokane!

Beautiful location on the river! The hotel felt fresh and new and had a vibrant feel. We walked along the riverfront at sunset and felt very safe. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is convenient as it’s near the Gonzaga campus. Our room looked worn and dated and the mattress was well past needing to be replaced as it had a major divot on the side where most people probably sleep. The fitted sheet kept popping off because it was too small for the mattress. The space behind the headboards was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time. The bathroom floor and shower could have used a little more deep cleaning. Carpet looked worn. Room still had popcorn ceiling. The swamp cooler air conditioner was loud and rattled a lot when it was on. My overall impression was that this hotel has too many rooms for the number of housekeeping staff. It is in need of updating. Probably won’t stay here again.

Teriffic poolside (outdoor) scene was fun and quieted down at 11:00pm each evening. Property is located on the river and there is an excellent pathway system and lots of bridges with pedestrian access. The river is clean and very scenic. Request a river view suite as the units either face the river or the parking lot.

Had a wonderful stay with my dog here. Enjoyed the pet friendly facilities & restaurant with a patio my dog could join me on, the outdoor pool & the path along the river for our walks. Would stay here again!
