"This is an amazingly beautiful hotel, both inside and out. The staff is very friendly, but maybe only half speak English. The rooms are beautiful as well, and each one has a different theme, each room has a theme name and no room number. The rooms are nicely updated, except the wooden floors squeak. "

"After arriving in Geneva from DC, it was a welcome sure to see the Hotel right outside the train station! Even though we were close to the train station, trams and busses, the room was quiet. The room also had blackout curtains as well which made a great night sleep! Rafael, and all the others , were great to work with. I had sent several emails to Rafael confirming a few things and he alway responded very quickly. We will be back! Much appreciative of the great service we had at the hotel. ...

"The staff here were fabulous. In the rooms, for Shampoo and Conditioner, they have tiny plastic sample size bottles that are changed everyday. It’s very wasteful, and the shampoo majorly dries out your hair. I stayed here for two weeks and fortunately had brought my own bars of shampoo and conditioner. Would very much appreciate if they could change this moving forward."
