Centrally located to the best of the Back Bay.
Hotel and its employees go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They are very attentive. The rooms and linens are very clean and a welcome comfort when you return from you busy day!

Will go back if the price is right.
It was the fist time at this hotel and we were very happy with our room. We had a lovely spacious room at the end of the hall looking over Back Bay and bits of the river. With the wall to wall window it made this room seem even bigger and at night the lights were a nice soft touch. My son loved that he could watch the planes come in for a landing in the distance. Work was is in progress on the first three floors, but as we were on the 17th we would never have known. It was a great location to all the shopping and restaurants if you just wanted to walk, but taxis were right at the front door if you wanted one. We only picked this hotel as the price was right at the time, however the reqular price is a bit on the high side but with the wonderful room we may still try it again in the off season. The only down side was breakfast in Champions - service was very poor and slow. For the price we could have fed a family of four somewhere else.

Fantastic Location!
Having stayed here before, we knew this was a prime location for shopping and restaurants. The Copley MBTA stop is 3 blocks away, and from there you can travel to any part of the city. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the view from our window was breathtaking! The pillows and mattresses seem to be sent from heaven itself, and we wished we had one more day to stay simply for the bed. Service was excellent and the front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. The only reason this hotel gets a 4 from me is the constant noise in the lobby. They are in the middle of renovations, and the sound of an airhammer while on the way to get a morning coffee wasnt exactly a welcoming sound. Once they finish renovations, this hotel will be a must-stay!
Traveler's tip on shopping
This hotel is attached to Copley Mall, and has a skywalk across the street to Prudential Mall. Many stores are very, very expensive (Tiffanys, Armani, Burberry, and Kenneth Cole, just to name a few) but if you can stay away from them this is your best bet.
