Will definetly go back
I went here for a business convention and was completely satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast was great, there was bagels, danish, cereal, waffles, muffins and fresh fruit. The room was very inviting and had plenty of room.

Des Plaines’ hidden rest haven
This is a very simple, basic hotel, with a nice small pool area, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff (I left my i.d. behind and they made sure I had to come to the desk) and free internet. At this price, I was glad we didn’t drive right by it. Look for the Burger King across the street or you might miss driveway. I’d definitely stay on my next visit to Des Plaines.

It’s Okay for a quick one night stay
The hotel was pretty OK. I have no complains bcuz i really didn`t have much expectations.

NO HOT WATER
we checked into the hotel and it was the first cold snap in chicago. We attempted to take a shower and the water that came out of the tap was cool.. we let it run for 10-15 min.. and still no hot water. It was late and decided to get to bed early and thought maybe in the morning it would be better.. however the following morning the water was even colder than that evening. We called and maint. came up and looked ofr 5 min and said he could’nt help us. So we let not smelling so good

at seattle airport door...
the hotel is the best bargain 4 the location location location...next airport, next to car rentals next to freeways actually the price is nothing but the best for again the location

Will use again
It had all the features I wanted (room coffeemaker, shuttle to the airport, relatively lower cost,etc.) I was pleased with the facility’s cleanliness and warmth of the staff, and the available menus for food delivery.
Traveler's tip
I was there for only one night, had 1 meal in my room. I had no car so did not take advantage of any of the above choices.

located close to the airport. transportation provided, a big plus. nice breakfast. very happy with accomodations.

Great quality, price and location!
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Des Plaines. It offered a very comfortable room, great amentities (such as indoor, heared lap pool) and was located with walking distance of public transportation into Chicago. The complimentary car service to and from O’Hare was an added bonus. It was well worth the stay and we would certainly consider using this hotel in the future.

Good location, but not great service
the location was perfect for my family, but we all had issues with room keys and actually seeing staff at check in.
