I was excited to stay here because I have in the past and have always had a good experience previously. That didn’t happen this time around! On arrival at 3pm they had pre assigned a room for me which I feel is normal. They started to check me into a room before noticing that there was someone in it. They had to change the room I was in that’s fine I told her I wasn’t picky. We were assigned room 125. I was excited it was on the main floor. On the walk to our room we saw the hot tub was broken well that’s only half the reason we booked but that’s ok. We got to our room and it was hot hot hot and small. We booked two queens we got two double beds…. Ok that’s cool we can make it work. The room looks like it’s in a basement and we could only get the air to go down so far . It was hot the entire time! The remote batteries were dead I called the front desk it took a half hour to get them to e then it was the wrong batteries. The bathroom was dirty and there was a finger nail in our tub. Legit a acrylic finger nail. It was a rusty dusty musty tub. I went to the desk to complain about the air and the guy acted like he didn’t understand me. Then was like I can look at it well it was night time and my husband was sleeping the whole thing was a mess . I paid a lot to stay there and I’m disappointed!
