“When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. ”

“Room is a bit small and reasonably clean. Location is great and free shuttle transfer can be arrange to drop off and pick up from nearby shopping mall, East Rand Mall. Buffet breakfast is also very good.”

“One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me. The chef was so nice and made me a really lovely vegan meal for dinner and they packed me up a breakfast box for my early departure the next……

“My flight landed at 7pm from GA, this is when I inquired as to where to get the shuttle. I was informed that they do not have transport services, and for me to take an Uber. Where do I find the Uber? Dont I need an app for that? Also I expressed that I would not have booked here if it didnt include transportation from the airport.
