"I visited Lisbon for the Half Marathon race, so there is no better place to stay this close to start area. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety but it was value of price for sure, delicious coffee and breads. Indoor free parking was definitely an advantage who rented a car. (Uber is so cheap in Lisbon so I regret renting a car.) There is a water fountain at the lobby so I did not worry about this issue.
