“I booked Sonesta Simply Suites through Expedia and had one of the most distressing travel experiences of my life. The room I was given was in unacceptable condition — including visible bugs, dirty surfaces, and unsanitary conditions that made it impossible for me to stay, especially with my medical vulnerabilities.
