“Property is really small and old fashioned”

“Excellent check in process, nice property, very clean, great AC in the bedroom. Very quiet and secluded, really reminded me of a cottage. Not much around that you can walk to but overall it was a really nice spot with excellent hosts.”

“Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. Kitchen surfaces were dirty on our arrival and there was no hot water or even……

“The room and amenities were good. Air conditioning in the shared dorm. Bathroom was a bit tight and living quarters had sufficient seating. Kitchen had free water dispenser and utensils to use if you wanted to cook. Walking distance to pigeon point beach and Nelson's dockyard But it's definitely a budget option. Don't expect anything too special.”

“Coco Rose Guest House was simply amazing. From check in to check out our stay was comfortable, we were met with friendly staff, the room was clean and them amenities were just enough to make our stay pleasant. The area was quiet and had access to many beaches and supermarkets to make everyday just splendid. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to antigua to stay there. As for me if antigua sees me in the future it will definitely be at Coco Rose Guest House and Reception Hall.”
