" The beach at this hotel is amazing. Large with lots of seating. The hotel is old and outdated. Rooms are small. When we arrived, there were no blankets on our beds, only a sheet. We were able to get blankets from the front desk. The AC unit is extremely loud. Food was okay. Bar ran out of beer every day. Judith is the best hotel employee that we met. She greeted us every morning for breakfast with a smile and she also sings during breakfast. Overall, the hotel is okay. Service was average. Some staff were very helpful; some were not helpful. Room is only cleaned for an additional $10/day. Gym equipment is extremely old. They have 2 treadmills, only one was working and it didn't sound good. They have 3 bikes - all of which were broke. They do have some free weights. No towels or water in the gym. Wifi is availabel but very slow. "

"My stay at Hawksbill was just great, the staff, the beach the food were all great. All staff members go out of their way to make your stay great. The buffet options are various, the food is very tasty. If you want to unwind and enjoy a great book by the beach, this is the place for you. If you want a little adventure for the day see Byron, the man w the plan by the towel booth, he can set you up for a trip on the catamaran that was safe and great."

"Beautiful location and has so much potential but it’s poorly run. Staff doesn’t want to be there and it shows. Not even a Good Morning. Same food everyday, no variety. No availability at restaurants even with diamond club. Total waste of money there. Stray cats and cockroaches at your feet. Pest control lets themselves into your room to spray without knocking. Oh and when you check-in be prepared to wait until way out check-in for your room. Then when you go to your room, you find out that other guests are already accommodating your room. FYI - don’t try to talk to management because they don’t care. "

"Rooms were very clean and it was centrally located on the west side, providing access to many of the island’s beaches and attractions. The only challenge was the number of steps that were required if you have an upper “scenic” villa. "

"Gorgeous hotel..beautiful setting, fantastic food, lovely staff. We had a sunset view cottage, which had a stunning panoramic view and incredible sunsets.It was spotlessly clean,had a very comfortable bed , spacious bathroom ,with outside shower and also a very well stocked mini bar. The hotel has access to beaches either side,both with a beach bar ,the cocktail of the day is worth a try😁 and any trip out can be sorted for you at reception. The pool is tucked away in a tranquil,quiet corner next to the beach, surrounded by day beds. Every meal was delicious,with a variety of choice and beautifully presented. Every member of staff we met across the hotel,were welcoming ,friendly and helpful. "
