“Our stay at Keyonna Beach was magical from start to finish. Daniel and Rocky welcomed us warmly — Rocky handled every resort need seamlessly, and Daniel even followed up to help with room options. The bathroom showers were tiny and did not look clean. There also wasn’t hot water in our shower. The power also went out almost every day and sometimes lasted hours, which meant no AC, no lights, no way to charge our electronics. “Our stay was for 4 days. The property was close to the beach. After turning on the air conditioners, the room finally cooled down, although one AC remote had no way to control the temperature (on/off was all you had). There were ants throughout the rooms (kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom). The safe cost extra to rent. The downstairs TV could not be unmuted. Housekeeping had to be called after two days or they never would have shown up.”
