“My room was fine however, the bathroom needs a lot of attention with regard to moldy grout, a sink that fills up and doesn’t go down properly in a toilet that didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a month The rest of the room was very clean and orderly and maintained well Addressed those issues of the bathroom with the staff and they responded appropriately”

“La habitación que nos dieron no servían los seguros, pedí que me las cambiarán y el joven del escritorio se negaba decía que no importaba que el hotel era seguro y que había seguridad en la noche en el hotel. Pero como me iba a quedar en un cuarto que no le funcionan los seguros ? Y que además tenía huellas de que habían forzado la puerta para abrirla . Finalmente acepto cambiarme la habitación de mala gana. Fui con mi familia y se sintió muy inseguro el.hotel, además de la habitacion con poca……
