"I think we woke the front desk person up when we arrived early evening on a Saturday. The TV in our room didn't work. The bathroom fan was super loud. Had to call the front desk to get toilet paper because they had less than half a roll upon arrival. Says breakfast included with our stay. Breakfast was cereal and no milk. That's it. Beds were decent tho. Will probably not stay here again unless it was the only option in the area and we were desperate."

Sometimes I stay at this hotel when I am visiting family in the Geneseo area.The hotel is clean, well kept, quiet and I feel safe staying there alone. Although I don't know for sure, I think the Geneseo, Illinois BW is family run. Any family that I have encountered while there, including the small children, are polite and attentive to guests. The hotel is located in a good area for food, shopping and close to the highway for travelers. In spite of the COVID-19 restrictions, the Geneseo, Illinois...
