“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Very easy to get to. Easy walking distance to downtown. Excellent hellpful friendly staff. Super clean room. Super view outside back door of room onto the balcony overlooking the lake. Very peaceful. Recommend to anyone wanting just a room for the night or two. Great place.”
