“If you're looking for a traditional friendly family-run Jersey hotel, you'll really like the Norfolk.The warm welcome is there the moment you walk through the door. We paid a very fair price for our double room on second floor (via lift or stairs) which included breakfast. Room bigger than I had imagined with lots of wardrobe and cupboard storage. Town view from window with a partial view of the entrance to the Howard Davis Park. It's a spacious hotel with lots of sofas and small rooms……

“Nice hotel and rooms very spacious and clean. Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor and the lift was broken, quite a hike!! Very noisy during weekend as guests all sat around pool area and didn’t consider other residents with noise level well into the early hours, which travelled all around, surprised residents in surrounding houses didn’t complain.was near town centre though and some really nice restaurants nearby.”

“Nice big room, big comfortable bed and good sized tv. Lovely breakfast and great service from Dee and James. Although the hotel is dated it has been really well looked after and run by Dee and James, its a shame the buildings owners wont invest in the upkeep and it is closing. We would stay again if it were possible to do so. Good luck Dee and James!”
