“Elevator was broken, this facility needs a lot of repair - room was clean but didn’t appreciate signs all over to tip your staff through an app. ”

“The hours on the gym say open at 5am. Went downstairs at 5:15 and was told it wasn’t accessible until 7am. It was one of the reasons I stayed there. I was very disappointed. ”

Unsure of pet friendly as no pets with us Room reasonably clean, large gaps around room in the frame Toilet was not always functioning well. Clerk not attempting to reach manager or maintaince. I was tempted to report to health dept.”

“I was saddened by this stay. 1st i believe the girl who checked me in was trying to get my credit card information because she tried to say it was showing the cc i used online didn't work😕. Girl try again because that was definitely a lie. 2nd while getting ready to leave someone from front desk almost came in on me as I was getting dressed. My fiancé had to stop them from entering and it was all because of someone claiming they left something in our room. I was not happy and probably won't be……
