Stunning beautiful beach, great service, rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette and fridge so you can buy your own snacks and beverages and the bed super comfortable! Can’t ask for anything more! Walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Great location!”

“The Royal Palm is a beautiful resort and we’ve always enjoyed staying there for many years. However, it has shifted to more family friendly resort with lots of children. If your a family looking for a nice resort I highly recommend. ”

“i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much ”

“We arrived before check-in and was greeted very warmly. We were told we could use the beach chairs or have lunch while we waited for our room and they would text us when the room was ready. They did not text us as promised but we had promptly gone to the front desk at 4pm and were given our room key (so the room had been ready but we weren't contacted). The main hostess at the restaurant was not very friendly with us. She literally ignored me for more than 5 minutes while I waited to reserve a……

“This property is outdated. It smells funny. The bathrooms have mold and are dirty. The bed feels like you're sleeping on a sleeper sofa and the linens are thin and terrible. The pillows are the size of throw pillows. They had a dehumidifier running in the unit and it was clearly trying to combat a mildew issue. I would never stay at this property ever again.”

“The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. ”
