“The parking, air conditioning were fine the room was clean. The room needs to be completely updated. The room was dreary furnishings old. Needs a makeover. It was ok for one night stay. Wouldn’t stay any longer than that. ”

“Disgusting! The room was unbelievably dirty… and I mean everything! The bed was wet, the sheets and comforter, smelled and looked like they were found in a trash bin. The toilet was dirty! I checked out immediately and did not ask for a refund because I was afraid of a dispute. This place needs to be inspected by the health department. I’m sure it would be immediately shutdown.”

“During our visit, the pool—one of the main amenities offered—was not usable. The pump/motor was not working, the water was stagnant, and maintenance was actively adding chemicals into the pool while guests were present. This situation raised serious safety concerns and prevented us from using an amenity that influenced our decision to book your hotel. We were not informed of this issue prior to arrival.”

“i was worried after reading some of the poor reviews on here and other sites, but our five night stay was actually very lovely. the room was decently clean and had a full kitchenette (including dishware, a dishwasher, coffee pot, and a full fridge and freezer) and a large desk for working space. the complimentary coffee in by the lobby area was very convenient. the staff was helpful, our keycard demagnetized twice (likely due to being in a bag next to my electronics) and they replaced it for us……
