“There was cereal all over the floor at check in. The room was not cleaned overnight and it was not clear that it had to be requested. There were stains on the carpet and I ran out of stuff so I had to go get tissues, toilet paper and towels for the second day. Also the front desk closed and no one was available after 10 p.m. People were sneaking in to the supply area to get their own towels etc. because there was no one there. The breakfast was too early for a weekend 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. and……

“The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, made me feel at home. Breakfast had astandard hotel selection, but rotated the hot menu items daily which was nice to have a different option each of the 3 days of my stay. Management was very helpful, exceeding my expectations. Everyone went above and beyond to make it a great stay. As a frequent traveler, this hotel is at the top of my list of places to stay in the Jasper area.”
