“VERY LOUD. Hotel sits on major throughway in Ft. Smith. Regular traffic is loud. Modified exhaust cars are very loud. Cars with idiotically expensive sound systems shook our windows. Do not expect much sleep. Room good size, bed clean and in okay shape, bath kind of tinky and bare, no vent fan, light above sink never worked but two long florescent bulbs were sitting on a shelf. “I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Over priced for what you get. The staff was friendly yes. The oder in the room trigger a migraine. The shower was dirty. I booked a non smoking room but my bedding had burn marks in them. The room was small. “You can tell the “no smoking” signs everywhere are just for show. Got into my room…immediately drove to Walmart for air fresheners and Lysol. It was like a chain smoker lived in that room for years. Everything was covered in tar and the room absolutely wreaked. I was in town for work and this place was cheap. But I lasted 4 days before I had to tap out and find somewhere cleaner. No refunds and the staff will tell you “come back at 9am” if you come with a complaint or make a request for a room……
