“Excellent accommodation with an exceptional view. Immediately after booking, Colin, the owner emailed with all the information we needed to make our stay on Skye fabulous. We were greeted on arrival. The pod was meticulously clean and really lovely! Bathroom with shower, microwave, milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee and sugar. Clean bedding, towels, tea towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid. Crockery in the cupboards. The decking had a table and two chairs and looked over the most spectacular……

“The location is great in Uig and have a great view of the harbour . Its worth for the price. Check in at the Uig hotel just nearby, very close. However the dinner of the restaurant of the Uig hotel is not good. Not recommended to have meals there.”

“A unique place to calm down and just enjoy life. Would totally recommend that experience. We shared the otter pod with me, husband and 2 kids and it was very comfy. Place also has hot shower and good sanitary.”

“The cabin was lovely, quaint and clean with a gorgeous view. Extra bonus it is surrounded by sheep! Cabin was well equipped with everything you need. Only complaint was the pillows could use an update, but that is a personal preference. If you are looking for a beautiful view, quiet and quaint location this is it. Also super close to Portree, only a 10 minutes drive away.”

“We enjoyed the quiet location and it was an ideal spot for exploring the highlights of the Isle of Skye. The location needs a bigger sign to indicate the driveway. We had to ask some strangers for directions when we were trying to find it. We could also have used a bit more toilet paper and towels. The pillows in the room with the double bed were thin and unsupportive. Apart from this we had a pleasant stay.”
