“The building is long and has multiple levels and no elevator. If one has mobility issues, it would be wise to make a note when booking.
The staff are super helpful and accommodating.
Dinner was nice with fresh meat from an award winning butcher.
They take bookings for the small outdoor hot tub, so keep this in mind if you’re looking forward to the experience.”

“We stayed in the garden suite and had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The room was spacious, the mattress was comfortable and the water pressure was great. The provided breakfast was minimal, but was a nice touch.
We found the price a bit high for what we got (although, the price was far more reasonable compared to many hotels on the Isle of Skye) and the location was a bit far and remote, so we had to do additional driving to get to sites/restaurants, etc.”

“Although it said seaview room, this did not happen. Beds were clean and comfy. We were put in a disable room (that none of us needed) there was a trip hazard with carpet between bedroom & bathroom. The wet room which had poor drainage and after 3 people showered the water flooded the whole bathroom. Without us putting down towels water would have seeped into bedroom.
During our 3 night stay there was no change of towels or beds made although someone had been in the room to empty bins. For……

“What an amazing find…a beautifully maintained hotel in the heart of one Scotland’s most beautiful places.
The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped. There are no staff on the premises but the rooms are serviced each day and the amazing variety of breakfast ingredients (including locally-sourced smoked salmon and cheeses as well as granola, fresh rolls, croissants and preserves, juice etc.)”
