"I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to...

"When we arrived we were informed that only two of our four full bathrooms had hot water. This was a Friday and no one was scheduled to look at it till Monday. The hot water was finally fixed very late (10:00 PM) on Tuesday night. So for 5 days out of eight, 9 people and 2 infants shared two bathrooms for showers/baths. This is unacceptable and no partial refund was even offered. This was a problem they had known about prior to our arriving. The place was clean, centrally located and...

The common areas were well utilized with barbecuing and family game night as well as cousins having a blast in the pool. "The physical property and grounds are very good. It's a great place to stay while staying on the island. Check-in was a challenge. The door code was not updated from the prior visitor. So the code we were given was not the same. Kudos to the employee who called us back quickly and solved the problem. But after a long flight and dealing with this in the dark, it was not the best start to the stay."
