“This was my second stay at The Latchis, and once again it was a great experience. The hotel is clean, the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient—especially for those of us coming up from New York on Amtrak. One of my favorite things about staying here is the building itself. The Latchis has so much character and history, and it's a refreshing change from a typical chain hotel. “Facilities were run down, furniture in first room looked beat up, shabby with scrapes & dings. needed to move to different room due to dripping ceiling in bathroom. New room’s tub did not drain after showering.”

“This was our second stay at Springhill Suites in Manchester, NH and we were, again, very pleased! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the parking is very convenient. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast all three mornings that we were there, and it was very good with lots to choose from. We had to leave a day earlier than expected, and the staff (I believe her name was Maria) was very helpful in working out the details of the schedule change. ……

“My mother & I stayed here for 1 night out of our 3 night stay. The motel was dingey and not clean at all. We checked in at 11pm after a long drive from Nova Scotia to a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was hair in the corners of the file on the floor, black mold on the ceilings and the shower curtain had pink mold along the lining. I intended to take pictures, but when we left for the day the next morning, someone did come in and clean, and must've FINALLY……

“There is not a front desk staff. Everything is through email/phone. Once they process cc you will receive your room number and code to get into the room. It was a very nice clean inn. Definitely a great spot for a family.”
