“Will never stay here again! Let’s just say staff doesn’t know how to accommodate children who are nonverbal and tell them to shut up, when they don’t understand to keep their voice down. Hint, hint they are non verbal a staff member at the front desk who had a tooth missing decided to tell my nephew rudely to shut up when he doesn’t understand. The professionalism was not there and therefore we will not ever stay here. Sad how a lot of kids are nonverbal now and staff needs better training on……

“Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Hotel is obviously older and could use some TLC and updating. I was only there one night, so it was fine.”

“We only stayed for one night but it was not what we thought. When I booked the hotel, the pictures online were nice. It looked like a very lovely place to stay. When we drove into the parking lot, it looked nice. But when we got out of the car, people were hanging out in their car doing drugs. There was a man in the lobby who seemed impaired. The room smelled horrible. The towels had brown stains on all of them and were full, and I mean full… of long black hairs. We couldn’t sleep that night.……
