“Being close to lake and downtown”

“Well the breakfast choices were the same thing every day. The coffee was not hot and needed to be placed in the microwave to warm it up. Sausage every day. No bacon. The counter where waffles were made was not kept clean! We purchased some bakery goods to have something different the next day and they were full of bugs when we got up and had to throw. $50 worth of goods away. So not a happy customer. No we did not say anything to the management as we were leaving that day.”

“Got to the hotel at 11pm. Tired from the day. We needed to shower and there was a lot of hair in the shower. It was gross. I took pictures and went to the desk. She said the manager wasn't there and would talk to me about it in the morning. We cleaned the tub to take a bath and the tub wouldnt fill. The stopper was broke. I informed them of this as well. Getting ready for bed We found toe nails beside the bed and what looked like pieces of a muffin. Also showed the front desk person this I was……

“Don't stay here if you need an elevator. We didn't realize it and we had to lug our suitcases up the steps to the second floor. Everything was just mediocre.”
