The caulking around the trim and tub in the bathroom is all cracked and would be impossible to clean properly Late evening the heating unit started rattling which eventually got to a loud banging that was so bad we had to turn it off completely. Air temperature in Madras dropped to 28 degrees. We talked to the manager about the issue who told us we should have notified the office when it happened...2:30 AM! We were tired from a day on the road and leaving……
