“Don’t sign the waiver before checking out the room!!!! Potentially the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Hair and blood on the bed/floor. When I talked to the staff, they refused to give a refund because I signed something saying I couldn’t get a refund regardless of circumstances. We ended up taking the $70 hit and stayed somewhere else that night.”

“The breakfast was good, the AC did not work I brought this to the attention of the worker and she informed me that they were fully booked and couldn’t change me rooms. It was 1am and we could not leave and take our children to a different hotel at that time. I let the man know when checking out and he told me that he would let the GM (Patrick) know and they would reach out to me. It is now Wednesday and have had no calls from anyone. ”
