“Everything about this stay is excellent! It’s my favorite place to stay when I’m in Oaxaca. My favorite room is the Carmen. It’s ideal for a small family or a couple. The bed is very comfortable and everything in this room is comfortable and in good condition. It’s updated and gas a well equipped kitchenette. “The staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The Internet in our room wasn’t good, but at the lobby spaces was fair. The location wasn’t bad, however after knowing the City of Oaxaca, I would select a closer location to beautiful part of the town. Overall, the hotel was good.”

“The listing states on site parking and there was none. The room was a cement box, literally. Not a single window. No AC or temperature control. When we arrived there was no toilet paper, shampoo or soap. No hand towels. Not even soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. When I talked to the staff I was given one roll of toilet paper. You cant open the bathroom door all the way because it hits the sink. The entrance is locked 24hrs so you have to ring the door bell and wait for the……
