“I didn't sleep for 36 hours and didn't had food for 12 hours when arrived late in the afternoon at Shera Hotel and Banquet Navi Mumbai. Totally exhausted i expressed this towards the manager and staff. They acted at once, unburden me, ordered food for me, and settled me in my room. All in all Shera Hotel has a very professional and caring Manager and Team and they all speak very good english. I was positively surprised by the high quality standaard of the total staff. The property looks beautiful at first instant especially in pictures and the rooms are quite spacious, which initially gives a good impression.
One of the biggest disappointments is the restaurant. It is poorly maintained with no proper seating, dirty and damp walls, and mop cloths scattered across the floor to cover the wet areas.It also lack basic amnities in room like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels and even the water bottles are not present in room.The room lock is so poor that it can be……
