“Very rude stuff. My commodas clocked, and they told me to hold it for 2 hours. Till the maintenance comes. And they refuse to give me another room.”

“We canceled our reservation after an uncomfortable experience at the front desk. We had an issue with the deposit, but the main reason we decided not to stay was the attitude of the old man at the front desk. After a long drive to get there, we expected a simple greeting, a welcoming smile, and professional customer service. Instead, we were met with a very serious and unfriendly attitude, with no greeting or warm welcome at all. We also noticed the same behaviour toward other guests coming in……

“Room was not maintained at all. Flooring coming apart. Door sweep destroyed and hanging by a single screw. Shower had a terrible leak. Hallways smelled like old smoke, even though the hotel was "no smoking". Seemed like a quick (and badly done) remodeled hotel. Luckily it was only for a nite.”

“The hotel was clean and our stay was good. The only issue I had was that I made the reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, which it said slept 4 people. I put on the original reservation that there would be 3 adults, but another person decided to stay with us, which made 4 adults. When I checked in, the person at the desk said she would have to charge for the extra person, which turned out to be a little over $12. I was unaware that they charged per person.
