"Brilliant location, very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean and well equipped room. Good choice of food and drink in the bar area, which was served very quickly. Very good value for money for an excellent overnight stay before an early morning flight. Very easy to walk to from the train station, and short walk to terminals. Would recommend to anyone, you won’t be disappointed. "

"The pub downstairs looks a bit rough but do not be put off as the rooms upstairs are first class. Convenient location for the NEC with several places nearby for evening meals. The staff were very helpful and this is the 4th time I have stopped here so it must be OK"

"Before staying at this hotel I had read about how they had done work to improve it and effectively this was clear in the rooms. They were clean and the bathroom was in a new condition. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. However there are a couple of areas that could still use improvement. The mattress was thin and thus hard as I was you feel the support underneath. As we're the pillows. So not the best night's sleep. Also, as it is a motel type of hotel, the outside light...

"The property did provide limited car parking which was useful. Maybe next time though I should read the entry better as this isnt a Bed and Breakfast (B&B as stated clearly in the title). They no longer provide breakfasts which was slightly inconvenient especially as there was no kettle in the room. "

"Hotel stay before an early flight the next morning. Staff were so friendly and helpful, offering us a heater when we asked for an extra blanket. Bottled water in room on arrival. Room was quite spacious for 3 of us, bathroom small but clean and perfectly fine. So close to the airport and could leave car there for £6 a day. Taxi was £5.50 to airport so much cheaper than paying for airport parking. Would stay again pre flight."

"3 night stay for our visit to crufts at the NEC. Owners very friendly & obliging. Room was small, but ideal for our short stay. Room was clean. Lovely breakfast. Bus, 1 minute walk from hotel and only two stops and short walk into NEC."

"Overall, it’s value for money. .but there are some things which needs to be fixed. the housekeeping staff don’t come every day to clean the toilets.I stayed here for seven days and requested for iron to press my clothes for two times. they said the housekeeping staff will deliver on the same day, but no one came. Place is new and clean (18-03-24)"

"Not happy as could not get hold of anyone to let me into the house/room. The outside condition is not great. Overgrown garden etc Not sure neighbours are happy about it being rented Tried to get refund but as hotels.com could also not contact the vendor they could not give me a refund."

"We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. The dining table the top rocked up and down independently from the legs,...
