Sí que nos chocó que no funcionaba el radiador y no había ningún aviso de que pasaba esto, nos volvimos locos mirando si era culpa nuestra y si había algún interruptor o algo,...

“Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished”

“It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige! Also, the lighting in our room was broken, the only way to have light was to keep the harsh overhead light on. The receptionist promised to send a service person but...

“Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues. Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. ”

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

“Muy buen hotel con un montón de servicios, piscina, gimnasio, restaurante, bar, etc. Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas, necesitaría una renovación pero en general es lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. El único problema que tiene este hotel es el tamaño del parking que es demasiado pequeño y es difícil encontrar aparcamiento para el coche”

“Room 319- Staff nice room was clean. However I was surprised we had a skylight, and not a window. There was an automatic window cover, which was fine. Was a bit windy this night and there was a constant noise like a tile lifting or something tapping on the roof, which kept walking us up. Otherwise all good. Didn’t use restaurant or bar, so can’t comment, but they looked very nice. Parking no issue, it is £5 if you book through external site, Expedia etc but it does state this when you book. ”
