“Had some delays at checkin. Room was not ready. Staff was young and unsure how to handle delay (laundry problem - they were waiting on clean fresh laundry) Person that came to room to make up the bed was apologetic. All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. ”

“Room was decently clean but had an odd smell. The sheets and blankets were visibly old. Buildings are very shabby looking. Only one staff that wasn’t very available or helpful. Only reason to stay here is if you need a cheap bed for one night and you don’t care about literally anything else.”

“The worst experience I ever had in a motel, the sheets were dirty, the room smells horrible and the attention at the front desk was terrible, and also you paid amount here in Expedia but when you get there they charge you for taxes”
