“Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Amal im Dar Souad empfangen. Wir waren vor 14 Uhr, also Check In zeit da, konnten aber trotzdem schon früher auf unser Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Bett sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Das Guesthouse war sehr sauber.
Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, ist der Pool. Dieser war nicht wirklich ein Pool. Das sollte man in der Beschreibung eventuell mal ändern. Das ist aber auch das einzige. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine warme und herzliche……
“As a five stars hotel it really match but all waiter's eyes show that they want to get tip even they do nothing. Wifi is poor in our room and in the first time they forget to activities our account. And don't know why the toiletries only for one person but we book the room for two person. By the way you can have your breakfast in your room that is nice.”
“The hotel is well located, very clean with extremely nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was good although the range of foods (especially fruits) was not exceptional. The restaurant food was also good. The pool is s welcome amenity although on the small side. All in all a very good experience.”
