“Booked this room because it said an RV park and motel on the lake. We were looking for a place family could stay in the motel and we could camp during the Crappie Fest next year. What a joke! The RV park is a trashy full-time trailer park. The so-called convenience store had zero air conditioning, nothing on the shelves and definitely nothing to order for dinner. The clerk had to run all over the store to find the key to our room. Our room did have air conditioning but the unit was so loud we……

“You looking to have a experience on lake fork with the convenience of a boat ramp on site a very nice tackle shop everything there in one spot and a clean bed to stay in this is the place will be back myself”

“The staff I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and professional. I feel the room was in decent shape with nice amenities. My complaint well established saturation of cigarette smoke and bedding that had a smell reminiscent of urine.”

“Our room was run down, missing iron and microwave. No blanket on the bed. We had to slam our door shut and one of the outlets didn't work. No ice machine or anything for that matter. No phone in the room. Never again.”

“Nice little cabin but the pictures are deceiving. Makes it look like there are two rooms and a kitchen. Ours was just one room with a mini fridge and microwave. I think you just get whatever room is available. They also said the restaurant (snack bar) was open until 7 and it was already closed at 6:40. Other than that the facility was nice and great family setting with lots of things to do. ”
